  • Can you ship to me?
    • Our website is able to calculate shipping to the continental United States. If you are outside this area (including Alaska and Hawaii), please contact us directly at orderscip@gmail.com!

  • How long does an order take to fill?
    • If we don't have the mold(s) in stock, it can take up to two weeks for us to produce, dry, and fire the mold(s).

  • Can I use a microwave kiln with your molds?
    • No. The temperature changes in microwave kilns can be to rapid for our molds and will cause breakage.

  • What glass separators can I use?
    • We recommend ZYP for the best results with our molds if you are firing over slumping temps. If you're just slumping, ZYP or kiln wash will work. If you use kiln wash, make sure it is COMPLETELY DRY before adding glass or frit.
    • Do NOT use Hi Temp Slide.

  • What do I do if my glass is stuck in the mold?
    • Don't panic! Sometimes it may not be stuck. If the glass itself isn't cracked, it may still come out.
    • You can try inverting the mold onto a soft, level surface and thumping the back a few times.
    • If that doesn't work, you can also try submerging the whole mold into cold water- this may serve to loosen the glass and get rid of any extra separator that may be stuck.
